Community Action Agency Holding Homebuyer Workshop

Information is power, and a local HUD-approved counseling agency wants to make sure everyone has the resources they need to make the best homebuying decision possible.

The Community Action Agency of St. Louis County will host a homebuyer workshop on Monday, Nov. 18, at 2709 Woodson Raod in Overland, Missouri. The workshop will cover credit counseling and budgeting, down-payment assistance and mortgage financing.

First-time homebuyers may be eligible for a $3,000 deferred loan and other funding options. For more information, visit caastlc.org.
