St. Louis Premium Outlet Welcomes New director of marketing and business development

Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, has named Kassandra DeMoss area director of marketing and business development at St. Louis Premium Outlets and Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace. In her role, DeMoss will spearhead overall strategic marketing efforts and drive sales for both centers. Her marketing responsibilities will include overseeing advertising, public relations, tourism marketing, retailer promotion and the execution of the center’s events.

“We’re delighted to welcome Kassandra to the St. Louis area,” said Davis Bethel, general manager of St. Louis Premium Outlets. “During her time with Simon, she has proven herself as a driven business professional with a solid understanding of marketing and a passion for retail. We look forward to the impact of her efforts in leading these centers to ongoing success.”

Most recently, DeMoss served as assistant director of marketing and business development at Cincinnati Premium Outlets, where she was responsible for overall marketing initiatives and revenue generation with an emphasis on promoting key brands, center gift card sales and advertising opportunities. Previously, she served as regional marketing manager for Premise Marketing Group, increasing and developing market sales as well as client portfolios within three different regions. DeMoss holds a Bachelors of Communications and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
